Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar, the commander of the Pakistan Air Force, left for the Islamic Republic of Iran on Tuesday for an official visit at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart
and to meet with other high-ranking military officials of the country.
According to IRNA’s report on Tuesday, this trip is being conducted at the invitation of Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi, Commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran army, which was communicated to his counterpart during the trip of General Vahedi to Pakistan.
Pakistani chief of Air Staff left for Tehran for a 3-day official visit and in addition to meeting Commander Iranianair force, he is going to meet with other senior military and defense officials of the country.
Visiting some Air Force centers and Iran’s training and study centers will be among the other plans of the Pakistan Air Force Commander during his official visit.
This visit takes place less than 2 months after the important visit of the chairman joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Pakistan Army to the Islamic Republic of Iran. General “Nadeem Reza” during a 4-day trip to Iran in early July of this year, met with senior military officials of Iran and the President of Iran, Ayatollah Dr. Raisi.
